Join us for West Coast Swing Wednesdays at Lenora's Ballroom at 6th and SE Alder, across from the PPAA.
The entrance is through the side door on 6th Ave. Parking is available in the US Bank lot across the street corner, the Melody Ballroom lot on 7th and Washington, or on the street.
Lenora's Ballroom is a beautifully renovated dance space. Vintage Charm, New sound system, Discounts for students and juniors, and a great staff!

East Bank Blues - Experience the Art of Dance
An opportunity to shake off the week's cares and woes with some good old fashioned dancing! In the spirit of Juke Joints, Speakeasies, Rent Parties, and Clubs of the past; come have a beverage, a bite, and some soul freeing dancing. Bamboo Grove Salon features a tea lounge serving a variety of beverages and snacks including beer and wine.
Blues music spans many decades and regions. Dance styles that work well to Blues music are West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Balboa, East Coast Swing, Twist, Boogie, and of course Blues. There will be a variety of styles and tempos of Blues music to listen and dance to.

We will cover a variety of base movements and variations. Classes will include leg action, hip motion, patterning, isolations, rhythm, turns, shaping, partnering, and more.
Barry and Brenda will present each topic, then allow the students and trainees to work in small groups or one on one in rotation.
This is a great deal for 10 hrs of hands on training.
